A Bit About Us

Hi, we're a professional fitness duo based in Winchester, Hampshire. We offer mobile personal training sessions, online coaching, sports massage therapy, group fitness, tailored workout programmes, nutrition and supplement advice.

Adam has been working in the fitness industry for the past 6 years, offering a wealth of experience in fields such as resistance training, hypertrophy strength, fat loss, weight management, kettlebell training, indoor cycling and HIIT (high intensity interval training). 

​

Sarah has been working in leisure and fitness for over 2 years, taking her knowledge of health and fitness and work towards gaining her Level 3 Personal Training qualification. She specialises in introducing beginners to resistance based training, indoor cycling, sport specific coaching, HIIT and weight management.

Personal Training

Home based or gym based, we tailor make sessions around your specific fitness goals. Looking to lose weight and burn fat? Training towards a sporting event? Or even if you're just looking to blow off some steam and work out your stress - we'll always make sure your sessions fit around your requirements, to make sure you get the best value from your workout.

Swedish Massage

Sports Massage Therapy

Whether for injury prevention, recovery, rehabilitation, or just general relaxation after a long day at the office, sports massage is a great option for you! These appointments can include various assessments on aspects such as posture and gait analysis in case you may be slightly unsure on what needs working on. A great option for all no matter what your day to day activity includes.

Online Coaching

Our online coaching services are available if you would rather work from the comfort of your own home, as opposed to attending a personal training session. We offer online advice about nutrition, use of supplements and training regimes all centred toward your goals.

I had been going to the gym for a number of months before I asked Sarah to help me out with a fitness plan. Before Sarah I was just muddling along going with what I knew from my induction at the gym and from Instagram videos, YouTube etc. 


As a fellow dodgeball player she knew that arm strength, power, speed and agility is imperative to the game. The programme Sarah set me was very detailed and personal, working muscles that hadn't been properly worked before because I didn't know the right exercises or technique to do so.


She was very patient and not at all patronising when it came to walking me through what she had prepared for me each session, taking the time to adapt the exercises and weights from what she saw I could / couldn't do. I've always found it hard to push myself past my limit when working out on my own, but Sarah was the perfect motivator; her favourite saying being "one more you can do it!" followed by "I lied, do another!" The push and motivation made me realise that I can do more than I thought.


She has been a perfect trainer and is always willing to help be that over text or in person!
